- Am I eligible for access to the Teacher Support Site?
- If your Centre is already registered for the website, please contact your Teacher Support Coordinator who will be able to set up an account for you.
If your Centre is not yet registered for access to the website you will have to apply for access:
Cambridge International Centres: please apply to CIE - see www.cie.org.uk for further details.
Attached Centres: please contact your British Council or Distributor Centre to arrange access.

- What is on the Teacher Support Site?
- The Teacher Support site provides CIE Centres with access to a wide variety of resources to enable them to deliver CIE qualifications more effectively. These resources include syllabuses, schemes of work, past question papers, Mark Schemes, FAQs, discussion groups and simulations.

- Do I have to work at a Cambridge Centre to use this site?
- Yes, access to this site is only available to staff at Cambridge Centres. It is not available to individuals or to students. Access to the site is restricted to teachers in order that they can make best use of resources (e.g. Mark Schemes and past papers) which are not freely available to their students.

- Why can't I log into the site?
- Either your username is wrong or your password is wrong. Make sure caps lock is off and you have entered both correctly. If it still doesn't work, ask your Teacher Support Coordinator to check your username and/or reset your password.
It is also possible that your login has expired if you have not used the website for a long time. In this case, please contact your Teacher Support Coordinator.

- What are the technical requirements for this site?
- For most of the material on this site you will need Adobe Acrobat. The latest version can be downloaded here.
Certain resources will require Flash Player; to install the latest version click here and follow the instructions.
Some material is in the form of compressed zip files and you may need a utility such as Winzip to extract the contents.
